Dana 3. prosinca 2014. u uredu gradonačelnika je potpisan Okvirni sporazum o obavljanju usluga stručnog nadzora nad izvođenjem radova na rekonstrukciji i dogradnji zgrade Sokolskog doma u Zlataru. Ugovor su potpisali gradonačelnik Grada Zlatara Stanko Majdak i Hari Vlahović Relja, dipl. ing. građ., član Uprave Interkonzalting d.o.o.
Potpisivanju su osim navedenih nazočili Josip Ceboci, dipl. ing. građ. iz Interkonzalting-a, Jadranko Jurić, i.g., član uprave tvrtke Ing-grad d.o.o., zamjenica gradonačelnika Jasenka Auguštan-Pentek, pročelnik dr.sc. Mladen Krušelj, ravnateljica Pučkog otvorenog učilišta dr. Jurja Žerjavića Gordana Valjak i neki od djelatnika Jedinstvenog upravnog odjela Grada Zlatara.
