U nedjelju 08. srpnja 2012. godine, u Zlatar Bistrici, održano je 10. natjecanje orača Krapinsko-zagorske županije gdje se za prvo mjesto borilo ukupno 10 natjecatelja, 6 u kategoriji plugova ravnjaka i 4 u kategoriji plugova premetnjaka.
Pobjednici u obje kategorije bili su naši sugrađani, u kategoriji plugova ravnjaka Vilko Kukec iz Gornje Selnice, a u kategoriji premetnjaka Božidar Domitran iz Martinščine. Drugo i treće mjesto zauzeli su Draženka Grah i Stjepan Počekal (kategorija ravnjaka) te Krešimir Babić i Dragomir Jadek (kategorija premetnjaka).
Upravo će naši pobjednici predstavljati županiju na Državnom natjecanju u Sinju, 1. rujna 2012. godine.
