Agencija za poljoprivredno zemljište objavila je Obavijest, kojom se pozivaju fizičke i pravne osobe na koje se odnose Odluke o davanju u zakup bez javnog poziva na koje je Ministarstvo poljoprivrede dalo suglasnost, da u roku od 30 dana, odnosno u razdoblju od 16. lipnja 2017. do 16. srpnja 2017. podnesu Agenciji za poljoprivredno zemljište, Zagreb, Ulica grada Vukovara 78, zahtjev za sklapanje ugovora o privremenom korištenju sukladno članku 48. stavku 1. Zakona i Naputku ministra poljoprivrede za postupanje u primjeni odredbe članka 51. stavka 3. Zakona o poljoprivrednom zemljištu (Narodne novine“, br. 53/17).
