Gradonačelnik Zlatara Stanko Majdak je u svom uredu prije promocije ugostio članove družbe „Braća Hrvatskog zmaja“. Družba “Braća hrvatskog zmaja” Zmajski stol Krapina, upriličila je 13.12.2013. u Zlataru promociju knjige „Ostvarenje suvremene hrvatske države“ sveučilišnog profesora i povjesničara dr. Nevia Šetića, Zmaja od Istre. Knjiga govori o socijalističkim zemljama Europe do demokratskih promjena, promjenama u društveno-političkom životu tadašnje Jugoslavije, osnivanju ne komunističkih stranaka u Hrvatskoj i njihovoj pobjedi na izborima 1991. godine. Govori i o državno-pravnom nastajanju samostalne hrvatske države i njezinom međunarodnome priznanju kao i o tijeku oslobodilačkih akcija hrvatske vojske i uspostave teritorijalne cjelovitosti Republike Hrvatske. Knjigu je predstavio recezent dr.sc. Marino Manin, a govorio je i sam autor, Nevio Šetić.
