Krajem srpnja započeli su radovi na rekonstrukciji mjesnih vodovodnih mreža. Rekonstruirale su se vodovodne mreže u Ulici Ksavera Šandora Đalskog (Jemeršići), Ulici Silvija Strahimira Kranjčevića, Vinskoj cesti – Brezice (Pavleki) i ogranak Mihanovići. U Kranjčevićevoj ulici radi se rekonstrukcija jer je vodovodna mreža bila u lošem stanju pa je potrebno povući novi vod, dok se na ostalim lokacijama rade nove vodovodne mreže.
Cilj Grada Zlatara je poboljšanje životnih uvjeta svih građana, a što svakako podrazumijeva da svako kućastvo ima mogućnost priključenja na vodovodnu mrežu.
Procijenjena vrijednost investicije iznosi 229.611,21 kuna, a radove su zajedno financirali Krapinsko – zagorska županija, Zagorski vodovod i Grad Zlatar.
